How can I make a reservation online?
This is exclusively online. Do you need help? See below:
Step 1: Click on 'BOOK' at the room where you want to book.
Step 2: Enter all your details here and press 'Find rooms'
Step 3: Select a room by clicking the 'Select' button
Step 4: Check your details and select your bank. Then click on 'Book now'.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.


Will I receive a reservation confirmation?
Yes, when you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail. Can't find the email in your mailbox? Please check your Spam folder.

Can I check in online?
Yes, click here.

My booking code does not work when checking in online. How is that possible?
Make sure to enter the booking code from Hotel VIC's confirmation email.

Where can I park my car?
Wehave a large parking garage behind the hotel. To access the garage please navigate to 'Anthony Fokkerweg 1' in Leiden. The cost for parking is €17,50 per car, per night. 

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel?
It's only possible to pay with with card. We cannot accept cash and there is no exchange possible.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from: 15:00 to 00:00 or later. You can check out before 11:00 am.

Where can I go with my comment or complaint?
We do everything we can to make your experience unforgettable. Sometimes we may not quite succeed in doing so. In that case, we would like to hear from you about what we can improve. You can send a email to reservations@hotelvic.nl.
