  • I didn't receive a reservation confirmation, what now?

    When you book through our official websites (www.goldengreenhotels.nl or www.hotelvic.nl), you'll receive a confirmation immediately after completing your reservation. If you can't find it right away, please check your spam folder. Still haven't received a confirmation? Feel free to contact our team at 31 (0)71 3030750 or reservations@hotelvic.nl.

  • Can I check in online?

    Absolutely! You can manage your reservation or check in online through our self-service portal.

  • Can I park at VIC?

    VIC has its own private parking area. The parking lot is located at the rear of our hotel; it's best to navigate to 'Anthony Fokkerweg 1'. The cost for parking is €19.50 per car per night.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hotel VIC.

  • Can I pay with cash?

    Hotel VIC is a cashless hotel. We don't accept cash. You can, however, pay by debit or credit card.

  • What time can I check in/out?

    You can check in at Hotel VIC from 3:00 PM. We ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Need a later checkout? Please discuss this with our on-site hostess. Late checkouts are subject to availability and a surcharge.
